Every order placed on www.decoresin.com implies the conclusion of a purchase agreement in Italian language.
ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
By clicking on the “Place Order” button, the customer places a binding order for the products contained in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order has been sent, Decoresin S.r.l. will send an email to the Customer within 2 hours, confirming the order. The purchase agreement is concluded between Decoresin S.r.l. and the Customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. If the Customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the indicated deadline, the relative order shall be considered rejected by Decoresin S.r.l. and, therefore, without effect.
Orders with payment on delivery or via Paypal or Credit Cards are processed on the same day as they are received, provided that payment has been successful, while orders with payment by bank transfer will be processed the day after receipt of payment.
BILLING AND TAXES
Decoresin S.r.l. will issue an invoice for each received order. Possible taxes will be calculated on the basis of the territoriality of the Customer’s tax headquarters, possibly under the “Reverse Charge” regime, in any case in full compliance with Italian and European regulations on the subject: Ex Art. 44 of EU Directive 2006/112, Reverse Charge Ex Art. 196 of the EU Directive 2006/112.
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The Customer is obliged to pay the price published on the product page at the time of sending the order. The price indicated is final and inclusive of VAT where calculated. The Customer is also obliged to pay the shipping costs that are calculated by our system before the conclusion of the order. The costs indicated are final and inclusive of VAT where calculated.
The payment methods accepted by Decoresin S.r.l. are Paypal, Credit Cards, Bank Transfer. The ‘Cash on delivery’ mode is selectable and applicable only in Italy. Bank or postal cheques are not accepted unless otherwise agreed with our company. Payment by cash on delivery does not incur any additional costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised from the moment the purchase is concluded and up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written notice via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the communication it is only necessary to enter your personal data, those relating to the order and purchase, communicating your intention to withdraw from the contract and specifying the reason.
Shipping costs for the return of products have to be paid by the buyer and always amount to a sum equal to the shipping cost paid for the shipment at the time of order, except for defective products and products that do not comply with the order.
The return of the goods alone does not automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Items must be returned intact (not cut, not altered in their original form) and stored in the original packaging in the same conditions in which they were originally shipped, complete with all their components.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if there are not the conditions of integrity of the goods, i. e.:
– in the absence of the outer packaging and the original packaging;
– for even partial use of the article or in the absence of its components;
– for product damage;
In such cases Decoresin S.r.l. will return the item to the sender with assigned port, charging him the shipping costs.
The Customer who use the right of withdrawal, after receiving confirmation of acceptance, must return to Decoresin S.r.l. the products subject to withdrawal, in perfect condition, in the original packaging and complete with all accessories supplied at the time of purchase, together with the purchase document.
Decoresin S.r.l. will be responsible for arranging the pick up from the Customer with trusted couriers.
The refunded value will be equal to the value of the item purchased and will not be refunded outbound shipping costs: transport costs are never refunded in case of withdrawal. In addition, following a request for return on an order with Free Shipment, transport costs previously honored, will be charged to the buyer, reversing them from the refund value. Transport costs are calculated by our internal system and in any case on our website www.decoresin.com.
The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Within 10 working days after receipt of the goods Decoresin S.r.l. will send an acceptance confirmation email.
Decoresin S.r.l. reserves the right to inspect the returned items and, if the returned items does not meet the specified conditions, it reserves the right to return it at the expense and duty of the buyer.
Already damaged received products, or products that show defects of conformity are considered to be defective. Decoresin S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized faulty returns.
Within 30 days after receipt of the returned product, Decoresin S.r.l. will credit to the buyer the paid amount, minus the outward and return shipping costs. The refund will be made within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The re-credit will be done to the same Credit Card or current account or PayPal account used by the Customer for payment.
